The Well Read Bookstore, located in the annex west of the library, is run by the Friends of the Library. The bookstore offers an affordable selection of books and is open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (check for expanded summer hours). Donations of books are tax deductible and accepted during store hours only.Throughout the year you can donate your good used books to the Well Read Bookstore.

We accept:

All pocket and trade paperback fiction in good, clean condition.
All fiction hardbacks.
All non-fiction books in paperback and hardback in good, clean condition.
Audiotapes, CDs, and DVD.
Gently used childrens books.

We do NOT accept:

Books that are torn, dirty, smell of mold or smoke.
Books with excessive writing or underlining
Magazines or Readers Digest condensed books
Encyclopedias
Textbooks and reference books
Videos (VHS)
